We are a historic property with a maximalist decor design. We are not well suited for children.

Sorry, we can not accept any pets. We have multiple pets on property that are kept in a separate area of the home but may make cameo appearances.

Payment terms are set by AirBnB 

Are based on double occupancy. Virginia Sales tax of 5.3% and Rockbridge County Lodging tax of 10% applies to all guest stays. Rates include a freshly prepared breakfast each morning with a to-go option available upon request. We will TRY our best to accommodate dietary restrictions but can not make any guarantees.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, not only in our guest rooms but anywhere on the property.

Require a $99.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The balance and taxes will be due 14 days prior to arrival. We will send you an Invoice via email. 

Can't make your reservation? No problem. Refunds will be honored - less stated fees - up to 14 days prior to check in. Inside 14 days? You'll have 60 days to use or transfer your stay to another guest.
